In accordance with UK consumer standards, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
- For hygiene and safety reasons, used surgical instruments cannot be returned
If a product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund upon inspection. Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
